To create a local backup, you must first have added a company, enabled backup for it, and linked either your Dropbox or Google Drive via the User page.

Go to the Local Backup page and select "New Local Backup Schedule". Then, choose which company you'd like to use, when you'd like the local backup to run for the first time, and how often you'd like it to run. If you've linked both Dropbox and Google Drive, you can also choose which service you'd like to use.
